What dates are the Tech & AI Expo?
The expo runs entirely online from August 21st to August 23rd, 2026. The expo runs 24 hours continuously from 9am on Aug 21 until 6pm on Aug 23 (a total of 57 hours of continuous access).
Do I need to download a specialized app or VR software?
No. The entire event is accessible via any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. There is zero friction and no downloads are required.
What is the difference between Pro and Standard Access?
Pro access requires a verified work email and unlocks 1-on-1 live messaging and exclusive attendee offers. Standard access allows you to explore booths and view public demos.
Can I get the Prime Pass for free?
Yes. We have a free community invite by sharing the event on your LinkedIn or X (Twitter) profile. Note that you'll need to register with an official email address to be able to interact with exhibitors.
How long will my chat messages be available after the event?
Attendees can access their chat interface for 7 days after the event concludes. During this time, you can still message exhibitors.
How can I redeem an offer from an exhibitor?
Simply click the redeem offer button in the card interface next to the offer that you would like to redeem. The exhibitor will directly set you up with the offer right away.
Can I save exhibitors to view later?
Yes. You can "favorite" disruptive companies to build a custom shortlist and command center for your future planning.
How does direct messaging work?
Pro attendees can open direct, real-time text networking lines with exhibitors without waiting in virtual lines. All conversations are captured in a unified inbox.
Is there a limit on how many attendees can join?
Yes, the platform capacity is capped at 100,000 attendees to ensure a seamless, high-performance experience for everyone.
Are tickets transferable?
No, tickets are strictly non-transferable due to the 100k attendance limit and the verified profile requirements for the Pro Pass. You will need to enter the event through a magic link sent to your registered email.
